YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy policy.
A plain-language explanation of what we collect on this website, why, and how to reach us with questions. Effective October 7, 2026.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us directly:
- Membership applications. The online application on our membership page asks for your name, address, phone number, email, date of birth, occupation, and similar details needed to process a membership request. This form opens your own email app, addressed to us—the information goes straight to our email, not to a database on this website or a third-party form service.
- Emails you send us. Contact links throughout the site (for help requests, event questions, golf tournament sponsorships, and so on) open your email app with a pre-filled subject line. Whatever you write and send is only as private as email normally is.
- Printed forms. Our golf tournament registration and printable membership application are downloadable PDFs you fill out and return to us directly—we don't see anything until you send it.
We don't use this information for anything beyond what you contacted us about, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Outside services this site uses
Like most websites, ours relies on a few outside services to work properly:
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see general traffic patterns—how many people visit, which pages are popular, and roughly how visitors found us. This doesn't identify you personally; see Google's privacy policy for how Google itself handles this data.
- Google Maps. Our meeting-location page embeds a Google Maps preview. Loading that map means Google may collect data the same way it would if you visited Google Maps directly.
- Facebook and Venmo. Links to our Facebook page and Venmo donation page take you to those companies' own websites or apps, which have their own privacy policies we don't control.
Cookies
This site itself doesn't set cookies to track you. The outside services listed above—particularly Google Analytics and Google Maps—may set their own cookies when their code runs in your browser. You can block or clear these through your browser's settings at any time.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for a general audience and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and our membership application is intended for adults.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
